Required-topic matrix
Required training topics by role, site, and workflow — operator, technician, service manager, compliance, vendor.
Training records
Per-person record with completion date, certificate, and expiration date. Certificate uploaded as proof.
Readiness score
Site-level and group-level readiness score — current completions vs required completions. MVP scope is required-topics + expiry; advanced scoring is Phase 2.
Expiring-soon queue
Configurable threshold creates notification and optional retraining ticket before expiration.
Expired training alerts
Expired training raises an alert, creates a training request, and may restrict access if policy requires.
Retraining workflow
Retraining tickets schedule internal or external training, capture certificates, and update readiness score.
Required topics by role
Required-topic matrix is defined per role, site, and workflow. Customers configure the matrix during setup; the readiness score updates automatically as certificates are accepted.
Operator / technician
Used-oil handling, spill response, container labeling, PPE, asset-specific operating procedures.
Service Manager
Approval routing, vendor coordination, proof acceptance, financial review, AP closeout responsibilities.
Compliance Manager
SPCC plan review, integrity inspections, incident reporting, audit pack readiness.
Vendor / partner
Site safety, signed proof requirements, manifest and chain-of-custody where applicable, portal use if applicable.
What's MVP, what's Phase 2
MVP readiness uses simple required-topic + expiry tracking. Each role at each site has a required-topic list and a current-vs-required completion count. Certificates upload as proof and the readiness score updates only after the certificate is accepted.
Advanced readiness scoring (weighted scoring, role matrix expansion, predictive expiration), automated training provider integration, and advanced reporting dashboards are Phase 2 unless the pilot scope confirms otherwise.
